At the risk of sounding like a 'twitcher', this weekend is your chance to participate in a wild bird survey in the UK. Just watch the birds in the park, or your own garden for an hour and send in the numbers you see.

The first year we did this with our boy he got it into his head that it was a competition and so added 'Golden Eagle' to his leaflet! We sent it in anyway... t.x
